Axelor’s mission is to provide companies and entrepreneurs with a business management tool for any sector of activity. Protecting the confidentiality of your data is at the heart of Axelor’s concerns when carrying out this mission.

We will never ask you to provide us with information that is not necessary for the recruitment process.

4.3 Use of our applications

When you become an Axelor customer, you will probably use the Axelor Applications to collect personal data: that of your customers, that of your collaborators as a user, for example. You retain full ownership and control over this data at all times, and you are its guarantor. You are responsible for processing the data you collect within the meaning of the European Data Protection Regulation, and, if you have subscribed to a hosting offer, we act on your behalf as a subcontractor to host this data. . Article 5 Why is your data collected, and how is it used?

5.1 Provide access to applications

Axelor primarily uses all this information to provide you with the information and services requested as well as all the applications and services you have ordered, to manage and administer the use you make of the applications, products and services you have asked us to provide and to manage the relationship we have with you, including billing and accounting.

5.2 Hiring 

We process the information you share with us during your application in order to assess and monitor this application, and possibly in order to prepare your contract, if we decide to send you a job offer.

reCAPTCHA is used to check whether data entered on Axelor’s website (for example on a contact form) has been entered by a user or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the site visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the site. For analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (for example, IP address, how long the visitor has been on the website or the mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis will be transmitted to Google.

ReCAPTCHA scans take place completely in the background. Visitors to the site are not informed that such an analysis is in progress.

Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting their site from abusive automated crawling and spamming.
